A1. Yes, we are a physical company with valid business registration certificate.
Q2. Do you have store(s)?
A2. We are e-retailer, therefore we don't have any store(s) for the time being. But if we open a store in the future, we will inform our customers and members via e-mail, and make an announcement in our website at the same time.
Q3. Are you selling spot goods in your online store?
A3. Yes. Almost all of the listed items are spot goods. If it is a pre-order item, our cs team will contact you.
Q4. Can the goods be delivered to Macau?
A4. Yes, our sales area includes Macau. However, since PayPal does not support the Macau area, customers in Macau can only pay by Stripe.
Q5. Do I have to pay for the shipping?
A5. Yes, SF pay by receiver.
Q6. How do I make the payment?
A6. We provide various secure payment options, including bank transfer, credit card (VISA or Master Card), PayPal and Stripe. In case of choosing 'bank transfer' for the payment, you will have to make the payment in 24 hours, and then upload the customer advice to us via 'SHOP AND CUSTOMER COMMENTS'. Q7. How long will it take for making the delivery after placing an order?
A7. When we receive your order during our working hour, we will tackle the packaging and delivery as soon as we can to make sure you can receive the parcel as soon as possible, while the exact time for the arrival of the parcel still depends on the location you choose.
Q8. Can you make sure nobody knows what it is inside the parcel?
A8. We have taken it into consideration either. Thus, we will make sure no one, including the courier, can figure out what it is inside the parcel unless it is somehow being disclosed. Please refer to

Q9. Can I return or exchange the goods if I don't like that item after receiving the goods?
